Keeper set for Warriers bow
Stenhousemuir will give a debut to new loanee, goalkeeper Chris Smith from St Mirren, as they entertain relegation threatened Albion Rovers.
The Warriors have also added striker Salim Kouider-Aissa from Motherwell, however they miss Scott Buist who is banned and Kevin McKinlay, who has a calf injury, and Brown Ferguson who is struggling with a knee problem.
Manager Martyn Corrigan said: "We have had a few chances to close in on a play-off spot but never taken them. With Forfar and Arbroath playing each other we have the chance to move above someone if we win.
"We need to stop drawing games we should be winning and I am expecting the players to show a ruthless side to their game to ensure that we get the three points from this one."
Bottom of the table Albion Rovers will be without Barry Russell at Ochilview as the full back is suspended.
The Coatbridge side are also without Mick O'Byrne, who has an ankle injury, and Tony Stevenson who has a knee problem, as they look to repeat their recent 4-3 success over the Warriors.
Manager Todd Lumsden said: "We are still in there fighting and if we can repeat the performance from earlier this month against Stenhousemuir I will be delighted. We also played really well against East Fife in our last game so there is a still lot to play for.
"We have drawn 4-4 with Stenhousemuir as well this season but to be honest I would easily settle for a 1-0 win this time."
